Age Requirement

Users must be at least 16 years of age to use Local Commerce. Merchant store administrators and registered delivery couriers must be at least 18 years of age.

At Factory Mobile AI and Local Commerce, we are strictly committed to providing a secure and trusted marketplace. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).

Prohibited Content and Behaviors

We strictly prohibit any catalog listing, messaging, delivery activity, or behavior that involves:

• The creation, transmission, promotion, or facilitation of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
• Child sexual exploitation, online grooming, or inappropriate solicitations of minors.
• Advertising, selling, or facilitating the delivery of age-restricted, dangerous, or illicit products to minors.
• Any conduct or interaction that compromises the physical safety, digital privacy, or well-being of children.

Reporting and Enforcement

Users, merchants, and couriers can report suspicious activities, inappropriate content, or safety concerns at any time via the application or by contacting our dedicated safety team.

We review every safety report immediately and enforce decisive measures, including:

• Immediate removal and permanent purging of infringing listings or accounts.
• Permanent banning and device-level blacklisting of abusive users.
• Immediate escalation and reporting to legal authorities and child safety organizations (such as NCMEC).

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Factory Mobile AI actively and fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies and global child safety organizations (including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children - NCMEC) in the investigation and prevention of child abuse, exploitation, and trafficking.

• Automated and manual moderation of merchant catalog products and uploaded media.
• In-app reporting tools enabling customers and partners to flag violations instantly.
• Identity verification and role-based onboarding controls for delivery personnel and merchants.
• Continuous monitoring and automated anomaly detection across ordering and messaging channels.
