Our Commitment
At Chat Top, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all our users. We enforce a strict, zero-tolerance policy against any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited Content and Behaviors
We strictly prohibit any content, messaging, or behavior that involves:
- The creation, distribution, sharing, promotion, or request of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
- Child sexual exploitation, including sexual solicitation of minors or online grooming behavior.
- Sexualized conversations or sharing of sexually explicit media involving minors.
- Any other action that compromises the safety, well-being, or dignity of children.
Reporting and Enforcement
Users can instantly report inappropriate messages, media, or accounts directly within the app or by emailing our support team.
We review all reports promptly and take decisive action, including:
- Immediate and permanent removal of the offending content.
- Immediate and permanent ban of the user accounts involved.
- Reporting of the incident to appropriate legal and law enforcement authorities.
Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Chat Top actively cooperates with global law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). We will report any instances of CSAM/CSAE and provide necessary data (including IP addresses, messages, account metadata, and media) to assist in investigations and bring offenders to justice.
Active Safety Measures
- Real-time automated content moderation filters to detect and prevent the sharing of harmful material.
- In-app reporting tools allowing users to easily flag content or block abusive users.
- Proactive manual review and monitoring of reported messaging activity.
